Dortmund, 16 February 2015. tde – trans data elektronik is the first network specialist to integrate a B-to-B shop for high-quality network components for highly available applications into its homepage: At http://shop.tde.de/en/ customers can now directly order the entire tde product portfolio for the cabling of data centres and buildings. The tde shop is based on the central media database: All articles are premium processed and provided with specifications, data sheets and pictures. Across Europe, the tde shop is available in German and in English. Business clients, companies and institutions can now create their user account.
Customised ordering
tde has designed its shop very user-friendly: The menu navigation is intuitive and clear and high-quality images, comprehensive specifications as well as data sheets of each product help users to quickly find, allocate and order articles. Moreover, articles can also be filtered according to attributes, which makes the search even more convenient. The shop includes the entire tde portfolio with the modular and semi-modular plug-and-play cabling systems tML – tde Modular Link and tSML – tde Semi Modular Link, tBL – tde Basic Link for classic cabling, fibre optic and TP components as well as active components from the co-operational partner Finisar. Depending on the product, users can look for and choose systems, categories, connector types, cable and fibre types as well as colours.
With the possibility to order individual lengths for trunk and patch cables tde specifically responds to its customers“ wishes: „Since every project is unique, we don“t offer standardised lengths. Instead, our customers can individually determine the lengths of the fully assembled patch and trunk cables according to their needs,“ Andre Engel explains.
Reaching a larger clientele
tde“s B-to-B shop is currently being certified and awarded the German Seal of Quality according to carefully selected quality criteria by Trusted Shops. In this way, the network specialist offers its customers a high level of security while shopping.
For purchase orders of more than 500 euro tde offers free shipping within the EU. Customers can choose between the payment options prepayment, PayPal or Master/Visa Card.
