SENSOR+TEST 2011: MAZeT will present sensor innovations at Booth 12-322

Jena (Germany), 12 May 2011 – MAZeT GmbH – development and manufacturing service provider for embedded computing solutions and optoelectronics in Jena – is presenting the latest color and spectrum sensor application-specific developments of the JENCOLOR product family at the Nuremberg tradeshow SENSOR+TEST held between June 7th and 9th, 2011 at Booth 322 in Hall 12. The presented innovations include the Truecolormeter „colorStriker“ by Mathai, for which MAZeT supplies the complete hardware, as well as the prototype of a portable fluidic testing environment developed by MAZeT in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Jena. Other innovations are, for example, the high resolution evaluation kits providing the customer with quick access to simple color and spectrum measurement technology tasks.

Powered by JENCOLOR – color measurement by means of the Truecolormeter colorStriker

The Truecolormeter „colorStriker“ (http://www.colorstriker.com) is suitable for a variety of color measurement applications. It can be used for packaging and industrial design, architecture, colors and varnishes, specialized trade, building markets, automotive suppliers and the automotive industry. The device records the color value and transmits it wirelessly to a PC where the data is visualized and evaluated.

Analysis with JENCOLOR sensors: microfluidic test station detects the tiniest of differences in color and transmission changes

MAZeT developed the prototype of a microfluidic testing environment in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Jena, Faculty of Medical Technology and Biotechnology. A PC-based user interface controls the measuring procedure. The testing environment allows the customer to determine how suitable the JENCOLOR sensors are for the intended application, within a very short period of time. Due to the modular design, the testing environment offers great flexibility for adaptation to different measuring applications.

Aside from the JENCOLOR products, MAZeT offers its customers comprehensive support throughout the entire product lifecycle of customized color and spectrum sensor solutions.
