D5S Xenon automotive lamp – Module consisting of 4 components

Rinteln, 15th August 2016 – In most cases, precision is a requirement involving complex specifications. This is why STÜKEN, the stamped and deep-drawn parts specialist, has included assemblies in its product portfolio for over 85 years. Currently STÜKEN assembles more than 40 different modules consisting of up to five individual parts. The wide range of applied processes and available testing systems creates the potential to solve any requirement.

Each project is developed in close cooperation with the customer. The result is a fully assembled module that can be seamlessly integrated into the customer´s production process. STÜKEN assembles modules with parts from their own production facilities, but also integrate additionally purchased components into their processes. Offering one-stop solutions, STÜKEN handles the entire project process, including supplier and vendor part sourcing.

Typical assembly processes include resistance and laser welding, other applications require parts to be injection molded. Numerous testing systems can be applied, such as eddy current testing, surface inspection, camera testing and functional testing. The automated testing systems can run 100% quality testing when required. As a manufacturer of components for medical devices, STÜKEN can guarantee technical cleanliness through meticulous cleaning and packaging in their cleanroom. In their own analysis lab the smallest of particles can be measured.

When it comes to assemblies, STÜKEN stays true to their principle „Precision in Metal“. Narrow production tolerances guarantee smooth operation. Accuracy has top priority.
